Entrepreneur Minute – Greg Middleton, Peak Drift Brewing

May 10, 2022 | Alan Cooper

Peak Drift Brewing Company is coming to 3452 North Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina.

Featuring high-quality craft beers, seltzers and non-alcoholic beverages inspired by the landscape of our region, Peak Drift beverages will launch in the Columbia, S.C. market in Fall 2022 — with expansion into other markets nationwide in 2023. Award-winning master brewer Ashley Kinart-Short is already hard at work brewing up batches of rotating selections of craft beers, ciders, seltzers, nitro coffees, and even CBD water inside the Peak Drift microbrewery at Smoked on Main Street.

Construction is well underway on the 64,000-square-foot brewery and entertainment complex located in the heart of the NoMA District. The brewery will be open to the public in 2023 and will provide visitors with a large space to eat, drink and be active.

Peak Drift is an ode to the oceans, mountains and rivers of the world. It celebrates nature, adventure, treasured experiences and community.
