Join Peak Drift at Palladium's fourth annual tour, Columbia Craftsman!

Guests will tour the interiors (and some exterior spaces) of six properties nestled within the Melrose Heights-Fairview-Oaklawn neighborhood, which celebrates its twentieth anniversary as a local architectural conservation district and its seventh year as a National Register of Historic Places district in 2023.

The tour will conclude with a block party on Hagood Avenue where participants will enjoy a taste of the neighborhood and cold Peak Drift beer.
